Discounts

Homes vary in size and structure; therefore most of our discounts are not a set dollar amount or percentage. Your consultant will go over your estimate with you, explaining any discounts that have been applied. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask!

10% for Referrals

When we provide services for someone recommended by you, you get 10% of their final total. You can use this as a credit towards your next service, or receive a check by mail. Please remind anyone you refer to let us know you sent them! This discount only applies to work done on a different day from when you have your work done.

Multiple Services

Bundling more than one service during one visit, instead of several throughout the year, reduces your total final cost. The amount of this difference varies and is automatically factored into an estimate.

Neighbors

When multiple houses in the same vicinity each want services on the same day, then one or more discounts may apply. Letting your consultant know ahead of time will assist in calculating the proper discounted amount.

Townhomes

When you want your townhome exterior cleaned, talk to the neighbors in your building about getting theirs done too. The more units in one building who get work done on the same day, the lower each individual's cost will be. The amount of this discount is scaled, relative to the number of units and whether or not they are consecutive. When an entire building is cleaned, everyone gets the best possible rate.
