What is an estimate and consultation?
This is when one of our consultants will come to the property, take measurements, and fills out a form describing which part of the property will be serviced, and the cost involved.  Afterwards, either in person or over the phone, your consultant will go over the sheet with you, answering any questions or concerns you may have.

How much does an estimate and consultation cost?
All our estimates and consultations are completely free of charge.

Do I have to be home during my estimate?
We would prefer for you to be home while an estimate is given.  This makes it easier to ask and answer specific questions.

I work odd hours and I want to be home while my estimate is completed.  Can I schedule an estimate that won’t interfere with my work hours?
Yes!  We can schedule an estimate for any day of the week.  We can schedule an estimate for any time of the day.

How long is my estimate good for?
We keep all estimates on file for one year.  When the estimate is about to expire our receptionist will call to confirm if you would like for it to renew for an additional year.

Is an estimate total the final cost I will pay?
In most cases, yes, it will be the final cost.  There are rare exceptions, when the cost may be slightly more than the estimate.  If this were to occur, any differences will be discussed with you beforehand.

Can I buy my own seal/stain/paint?
No.  We cannot guarantee the quality of the work unless we buy the supplies ourselves.  This ensures the proper type and color is purchased.  If needed, we are more than happy to show you the receipts of the supplies.  If you have more questions about this, please ask your consultant.

What days and hours do you operate?
Estimates, as well as work, can be done any day of the week, anytime during daylight.  Yes, even Sundays if you wish.

Do I have to be home while the work is being done?
No, you don’t have to be home, but we do request a phone number you can be reached at, and easy access to an outside water outlet.

What do I need to do to prepare for pressure washing/sealing/painting?
Your consultant will move any potted plants, furniture, grills, etc. etc. that may be in the way and will replace them when the job is complete.  If you will need to move anything, your consultant will let you know.
